Join our innovative team at Social Revolt and spearhead our agency’s digital presence and client relationships. We’re seeking a Marketing Account Executive with expertise in digital marketing strategy, client management, paid media, and digital reporting. As a key member of our team, you’ll drive our digital marketing initiatives and ensure the success of our clients’ marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Conduct thorough assessments for key clients, gaining insight into their current online marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to pinpoint target segments and develop customized approaches across various platforms.
  • Draw on past performance, client insights, market research, and industry trends to propose targeted audience strategies, offers, and tactics.
  • Effectively communicate strategic direction to digital creative and production teams, ensuring seamless alignment and successful campaign deployment.

Client Account Management

  • Establish yourself as the go-to expert on the client’s brand.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring that all requests fall within project scope.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all objectives.
  • Take charge of organizing client meeting agendas, leading meetings, and providing comprehensive post-meeting communication.
  • Direct various account support functions, including coordinating with paid media specialists, graphic designers, account support teams, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Prioritize timely handling of all client requests.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy of agency internal project management and time tracking software.
  • Develop oral and written client presentations, service pitch decks, upsells,  and/or communications.
  • Support in the development of briefs, statements of work, project templates, and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Paid Media Management

  • Proven track record in crafting intricate paid media plans with budgets ranging in the millions.
  • Skillfully create and oversee campaign budgets and forecasts.
  • Expertise in crafting, optimizing, and overseeing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, Google, and traditional out-of-home advertising.
  • Proficient in writing and fine-tuning ad copy to effectively achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with paid media vendors and execution teams as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Measurement, Analytics and Reporting

  • Set up platform specific pixels, tags, and “back of house” integrations.
  • Reporting on effectiveness and identifying key learnings.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Location: Remote

Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
